Some of the users still prefer to use Microsoft XP or Windows 7 over it, because of the simplicity and easy to use features of the previous versions. The company has decided to make the previous versions costlier than the Windows 8, as it would surely boost up the shifting procedure.

Microsoft Corporation has declared the new of the coming update last week, but it didn’t say a word whether consumers would have to pay for it or not. So the buzz is that it will be available for absolutely free of cost, at least for some days for sure.

The mentioned update had been previously codenamed as Blue, but now it has an official moniker too, and it is Windows 8.1. We are hoping that with this new update all the issues will be successfully resolved, and the users will be able to enjoy their experiences on the new Windows 8 platform.
