LG has come up with yet another low
budget Android phone named LG
Optimus L1 II, which is the newest entry to its popular Optimus L Series. It
will mainly target the emerging smartphone markets where the numbers of budget-conscious
users are much higher.
Though it does not feature high-end specifications but it certainly has
a decent hardware support and an equally affordable price. The device might
fulfill the thrust of such users who are looking forward to buy a modest Android phone
for daily use.
Global Electronics giant LG launched its Optimus L series II at the prestigious
event of Mobile World Congress in February 2013. It is the proud successor of the well popular original L series, which the company
claimed to have sold as much as 10 million units within 10 months of its
launch. On that note we should add here that the smartphone maker had already
introduced three different phones in that series, the L7 II, L5 II, and L3 II.
The LG Optimus L1 II features a 3-inch display screen which can offer
resolution support of 320*240 pixels. Like all the other members of the series,
it too will be running on a 1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM7225A
processor to provide super fast user
experience. It sports 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB internal storage which can easily
be expanded by up to 32GB with the help of a microSD card.
This Android device is having a 2-megapixel rear camera which
can shoot VGA videos with ease. It runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean operating
system while a fair 1540 mAh battery will be backing it up. The
phone includes some advanced apps like QuickMemo and Cheese Shutter. For connectivity purposes it is featuring
several advanced options like Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, 3G and aGPS.
The Optimus L1 II is ready to make its launch in Vietnam first with a
price tag 1,990,000 Vietnamese dongs, which is equivalent to around $94. The
smartphone will be having two color variants which are black and white. It is
worth mentioning here that the device will also be available in several other
important markets like the United Kingdom (UK) and Russia. However, it is not
clear yet by when it would be available in the Indian markets.
Key Specs of LG Optimus L1 II (E410)
1) 3.0-inch capacitive display screen (touch)
